Magnesium Complex is a composition of three forms of magnesium – magnesium lactate, magnesium citrate and magnesium diglycinate – enriched with vitamin B₆, which facilitates Mg absorption, its transport into the cells, and its intracellular storage.

Magnesium Complex supplements the daily diet with magnesium, which is one of the most important micronutrients and crucial to staying in good health. Magnesium is an activator of over 300 enzymes that are involved in, amongst many other things: the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats.

Vitamin B6

Enhances the effectiveness of magnesium by facilitating its absorption and transport into the body’s cells, and maintaining its intracellular supply. B6 is known as the ‘magnesium fixative’. Both magnesium and vitamin B₆ are needed in the enzymatic synthesis process of proteins, and also contribute to many physiological activities.

Ingredients: Magnesium (magnesium lactate, magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium bisglycinate), coating composition – hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
